Moment of Reflection

Often in our darkest times we feel we are down. When it feels all is lost or everything is empty, it really is not. In the toughest times is our greatest moments. A diamond does not just appear beautiful it goes through a process. Each difficulty in life is but a test of the soul. On one hand we can take it as darkness, sadness, difficulty or we can stop and examine the soul in the pain. Do you ever notice the pain continues to come but question is why? Why the pain? If we never reflect on the soul as the diamond we will continue to suffer. Through darkness there is the greatest light.
